I really enjoy encouraging wellness and preventative care. I also aim to educate them about their disease process so they can make healthy decisions about their overall health."
I spend much of my time outside with my husband and three children. We really enjoy spending time outdoors exploring metro parks and walking with our dog. My favorite place to be is near water or the Mountains!
