Knowing that every person’s body and circumstances are unique, I aim to meet patients where they are on their path to wellness and develop a therapeutic relationship over time. I believe that health care should be accessible, affordable, and culturally sensitive; advocating to make this a reality for all people is an essential part of my mission as a family physician."

I take pleasure in working on home projects and renovations with my husband, mixing up my daily movement with yoga, Pilates, and weight lifting, and traveling in exploration of new outdoor excursions like hiking, caving, and mountaineering. I also appreciate learning new drink and dinner recipes and reading a fascinating book.
