Physical Therapy at COPC

What to Expect

Your first visit will take anywhere from 45 minutes to 60 minutes and will consist of an evaluation and exam, and may include treatment and exercises. Follow-up appointments will be designed and scheduled to continue the action plan jointly developed by you and the physical therapist.

What to Bring

  • Shorts or loose fitting pants for back or lower extremity evaluations
  • Loose fitting top or tank top for neck or upper extremity evaluations
  • Supportive and sturdy footwear, such as athletic shoes
  • Reading glasses if needed
  • If you are a minor, you will need to be accompanied by a legal guardian for your first appointment
