A video visit is similar to an in-office visit with a provider but conducted through a secure, online application called MyChart. During your appointment, you’ll connect with your COPC provider via video, discuss your symptoms or concerns, and receive a personalized treatment plan. Your provider can review your medical history, answer questions, prescribe medications if needed, and arrange any necessary follow-up care—all from the comfort of your home. The appointment is private, HIPAA-compliant, and designed to give you the same quality care you’d receive in person.

Virtual health visits are covered by Medicare and most insurances. Please check your virtual health benefits with your insurance provider. Please note: depending on your insurance benefits, specialists appointments may require a referral, please check with your insurance provider first.

Please visit our MyChart and MyChart FAQ pages for more information.

Video visits are not suitable for medical emergencies or conditions that require physical examination, such as severe chest pain, difficulty breathing, significant injuries, or symptoms that need immediate hands-on assessment.
