Dr. Omikunle received her Bachelor of Science degree in Microbiology from Mississippi State University and her Master’s Degree in Public Health from the University of California, Berkeley. She graduated from The Ohio State University College of Medicine in 2006, completed her pediatric residency at Nationwide Children’s Hospital (NCH) in Columbus, Ohio and spent an additional eighteen months in Infectious Disease sub-specialty training at NCH. She is board certified in General Pediatrics and a fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics.

She lives in Columbus with her husband, Akin, and their two daughters. She enjoys spending time with her family and traveling.
